Modern Day Prophets

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about the “Weeping Prophet” Jeremiah.  In his day, he was a lone voice saying, “People, pay attention, if we don’t change our ways our enemies will come and attack us.  They will kill our leader and take us all prisoner and our great city as we know it will cease to exist.” 

People ignored him, or they mocked him, and the leadership isolated him.  One even threw him down into a well, hoping he’d die in there.  But at the least it shut him up for a while.

I edited my first paragraph.  I originally wrote it saying things like “the king,” “Jerusalem,” and “the Babylonians.”  But I purposefully replaced those words with “leadership,” “our great city,” and “our enemies.”  And wouldn’t you know it, with the change in wording, it’s as if I’m talking about the here and now. 

I find it EXTREMELY interesting that Conservative actor Jon Voight would call Obama a false prophet.  I’ve been thinking a lot about our real modern day prophets.  Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Glen Beck, Hugh Hewitt, and a few others.  These folks warn us day after day after day that calamity is coming, that this President will be our downfall,  that our country will soon be unrecognizeable, that our enemies are plotting our destruction.

Yet they are isolated, marginalized, mocked.  Some would even like to see them tortured or killed.  They are sounding the clarion call, but few are listening.  I would never put myself on the same plane as these chosen few, but I’m putting out my own meager little warnings as well hoping that if the blinded masses won’t listen to the prophets, maybe they’ll believe their own eyes and ears with the videos I’ve posted here. 

If you’ve ever poo-pooed or p’shawed away the thought that we may be in the end times, believe it.  We’re here.   Obama is the puppet king of a sinister group.  His message to the Muslim world puts Israel in danger.  His refusal to keep Iran from becoming a Nuclear power will trigger the final holocaust, which will not only wipe out Jerusalem once again, but will destroy much of the rest of the world.  The conservative voices on the radio and on Fox News are the prophets warning us of the danger ahead. 

We all know what happened to Jerusalem in Jeremiah’s time.  The Babylonians came and decimated it.  They killed almost everybody including the king.  They tore down the great wall protecting it, they enslaved some, and only left a handful (called the remnant) of the poorest to inhabit the land. 

Real prophets’ prophecies always come true.  That means we are powerless to stop the coming Armageddon.  But maybe, if more people would pay attention to our modern day Prophets, we could hold it back for a few more years.

I inherited it…blah, blah, blah. Here’s the link to the article showing Obama’s FBI are now going overseas and reading Non-US Citizen terrorists Miranda rights.
Question: Who pays for the translators to make sure they understand the rights being read to them? Hmmm. Time to revolt.

Obama Justice Dept Lies about Prosecuting Voter Intimidation

Eric Holder and the Obama Justice Department dropped charges against the New Black Panther Party after the JD WON the case against them. Then they release the unbelieveable statement saying they are committed to the vigorous prosecution of those who intimidate, threaten or coerce anyone from exercising his or her sacred right to vote. Baloney. BS. Horse Puckey. Even the Poll workers felt threatened. If the JD was so committed, there wouldn’t be language in the dismissal saying he couldn’t carry a nightstick WITHIN 100 Yards OF A POLLING PLACE! The jokers should be felons barred from carrying ANY type of weapon ANY where!

Tea Partiers, Are You Willing to Give Up Your Lives?

I went to a Tea Party protest Friday and several things struck me.   First, the average age of the protesters seemed somewhere right around 99.  Ok, I’m exaggerating, but you get my point.  Very few young people in their 20s, 30’s, even 40’s were there.  Also, it ended with happy hour at a local bar.  And it seemed like just a show for much of it.  Granted, the speakers were great, impassioned and sincere, deftly handling a counterprotester to the point that he walked away in exasperation unable to answer a simple question posed him when he interrupted the protest.  If you’re so mad that people are downgrading your President, did you defend George Bush when people dragged him through the mud for 8 years?  No answer.  The crickets chirped loudly as he quietly walked away.

 

Since the protest, I’ve been thinking what happens when everyone leaves this demonstration?  We all go back home to a nice place to live, get in our fancy cars, go out to eat, and complain some more about our problems with the government.  Well, there’s a reason that Obama is marginalizing the Tea Partiers, and the Democratic talking heads scoff and mock.  There’s no teeth to these protests.  They make no difference whatsoever to the people in power, or to the crowd begging for handouts from their Sugar Daddy in the White House.

So here’s what I propose:  Let’s give the Tea Party protests some real meaning.  Let’s put some very strong action behind our signs, chants, and gatherings.  Let’s get the 58 million of us who did not vote for Obama to stop paying our taxes all at once.  Sounds crazy? Maybe.  But what a powerful message that would send.  He wouldn’t call us people just waving tea bags around anymore would he? 

So what would the consequences be for these actions?  Well, our life as we know it would be over.  We would probably go to jail.  We would be harrassed, and we would be the ones the lefties blamed when the economy tanked.  Again.  We would have to give up our nice warm bed, our cool cars, our kids may have to go live with relatives, some of us may even be killed. 

But let’s think about this.  Would this be a worthy sacrifice?  Absolutely.   The people that founded this nation left their warm comfortable beds, their slick horses and buggies, and yes, some even died to make sure they and their future generations could have a say in what happened to them.  They didn’t just stand up and make speeches.  The Boston Tea Partiers didn’t just make speeches.  They backed up their words with action, sparking a war that would eventually lead to American Sovereignty.

Call me an extreme right wing nut.  That’s ok.  This right wing nut sees the current degradation of our society and the steady advance of our demise.  The warning signs to me are clear as day.  It seems to me that our President is systematically, methodically, and very, very quickly taking down our system of government as we know it.  He is using the mindless public to help him do it.   He knows that forcing car makers, big businesses, and even the general public to live “green” will mean higher taxes for everybody.  He knows that being nice to countries that hate us and have publicly declared that they would destroy us and others will never change their minds because he grew up around people who think like them.   I think he also knows that his time in office will be short.   As soon as his real birth certificate surfaces (since the ones posted on the Internet have been proven to be forgeries), he’s done for.   But maybe not.  Maybe by then it won’t matter if by that time he has appointed 3 Supreme Court justices and the majority will have his mentality of judging people based on what makes a lot of people feel good, rather than by what is just.  He’s already begun by nominating Sotomayor.    Experts seem to think 2 more will go before he leaves office.   He also knows that under his watch another terror attack is imminent.  He knows this because he is briefed daily on intelligence matters and terror activities.   He knows that terrorists have used the borders to come into America, yet he would rather make them more porous.  He knows that the people bent on destroying us will never stop and would never hesitate to lose their lives in order to kill us.  Yet, he’s defunding our military.  If he’s as smart as his voters and his media buddies would have us believe, then he knows all of these things are true.  And if that’s the case, then he is willfully setting us up for destruction.  And for that he MUST be removed from office. 

You don’t remove a sitting President from office without a life or death struggle.   Especially one that so many ruthless, leftist, life-long politicians support so vehemently.  So, Tea Partiers.  Are you willing to give up your lives?  I am.   Right now the protest is kind of fun.  You know, you get together with people who think like you.  Maybe carry a sign or two, do a nice peaceful march, sit down for a beer afterwards, and think about what a great event you just had, while the people you just marched against are doubled over with laughter.  They mock you to your face and say “Is that all you’ve got!?”  And they continue our beloved country on its path to self-destruction.  So I say it’s time we show them we mean business.   Let’s start with not paying any more taxes, and taking care of ourselves from now on, because we won’t be allowed anymore services from our government. 

I started drafting this entry on May 5th, 2009, several weeks before Craig T. Nelson went on TV and said this:

Thank you.  Someone gets it.  And yes, he’s willing to go to jail.  For him, that would certainly be giving up his life as he knows it.  It’s a great start.  Let’s ALL join him.  Today.  And do more than “wave tea bags around.”

Pay to Play After All?

I don’t think what we’ve seen so far proves he’s guilty, but wait for it….it’s coming. The guy is dirty, and the real proof is right around the corner. He’s gotta go!
